Meet the staff
The team on the ground
Management is only part of the operation. The rest of it has feathers, keeps its own hours, and thinks they own the place.

Mama
Head of Operations
Mama runs a tight roost with zero tolerance for coop-chaos. She manages high-stakes pecking-order disputes, and ensures nothing happens on the farm without her personal stamp of approval. Her philosophy is “If you aren’t early to the coop, you’re late.”

Bluey
Director of First Impressions
Meets every vehicle at the cattle guard and escorts it to the parking area at her own pace, which is not your pace. Has never once yielded the right of way and does not intend to start.

Blondie
Creative Director, Photography
Appears in the background of roughly forty percent of all photographs taken on this property. Has never been asked, booked, credited or paid. Considers the matter settled.

Meadow
Waterfront Manager
The only member of staff with pond jurisdiction, and she will remind you of it. Turns up to every waterside ceremony without an invitation, holds her position throughout, and has never once been successfully relocated.

Trouble
Head of Security & Escape Artist
Named by unanimous committee within a week of arriving. Has never met a fence, gate or latch she could not be on the other side of within the hour. Management considers this both her greatest liability and her strongest qualification for the role.
Woman-Owned. Family-Focused. Community-Minded.
More than a place to gather
Wittle Farm is woman-owned and operated, built from a love of bringing people together, and a genuine desire to create something meaningful for our community.
Wittle Farm is much more than a place to gather. It’s about opening the barn doors and creating a space where people can celebrate important moments, support local businesses and creators, and feel connected to the community around them.
Come as guests. Leave as part of the family.
